Executive Assistant – Private Equity Front‑Office Team

About the role
We are partnering with a leading global private equity firm to hire an Executive Assistant for a high‑performing front‑office investment team. You will support a Managing Director, Vice Presidents and Directors, acting as a trusted extension of the team and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage highly complex, constantly changing diaries across multiple international time zones.
- Coordinate extensive international and domestic travel, including multi‑stop itineraries, visas and detailed logistics.
- Organise client, investor, internal and off‑site meetings, as well as wider team events.
- Act as a gatekeeper, anticipating priorities and enabling the team to operate efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with investment professionals, clients and external stakeholders.
- Process expenses and provide comprehensive executive support.
- Collaborate with an experienced Executive Assistant team to deliver first‑class support across the investment platform.
- Support wider team initiatives and projects as required.
Required profile
- Previous Executive Assistant experience in private equity, investment management, hedge funds, investment banking or a fast‑paced financial services environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex diaries, international travel and shifting priorities.
- Comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders in a demanding, client‑facing setting.
- Proactive, initiative‑taking attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, able to quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working within a high‑performing team.

What we offer
- Competitive salary £60,000–£65,000 per year, dependent on experience.
