Executive Assistant to CRO & CFO

About the role

Nexgen Cloud is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support both the Chief Revenue Officer and the Chief Financial Officer. Based in London with a hybrid work model, you will enable two of the company’s busiest leaders to focus on strategic priorities by managing their day‑to‑day operational rhythm.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate complex, multi‑timezone calendars for the CRO and CFO, resolving conflicts and safeguarding high‑priority time.
• Serve as the first point of contact, triaging emails, drafting correspondence, and representing the executives with professionalism.
• Organise board meetings, leadership off‑sites, and commercial reviews, handling logistics, briefing materials, and accurate minute‑taking.
• Prepare board packs, investor presentations, and quarterly business reviews on behalf of the executives.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and expense reporting in line with company policy.
• Partner on ad‑hoc strategic and operational projects, from research to milestone tracking.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline the office and executive support functions.
• Provide general office management support for the London location.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite or Director‑level leaders in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities, with a track record of handling competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting polished correspondence independently.
• High emotional intelligence and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
