Executive Assistant to Managing Director (London)

About the role
This position supports the Co‑Founder and Managing Director of a fast‑growing executive search firm. Based in the London office, you will act as the central operational hub, linking the MD’s agenda with client mandates and internal priorities across both London and New York.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s diary, international travel, bookings and day‑to‑day logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact in the London office, maintaining visibility across live client mandates.
- Follow up on client initiatives and commercial opportunities on behalf of the MD.
- Take minutes in senior meetings and drive action on follow‑up items.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders internally and externally to support the MD’s agenda.
- Draft and manage correspondence, briefing documents and communications.
- Support the smooth operation of a fast‑moving, client‑facing executive search business.
Required profile
- Degree‑educated with experience supporting MD, Co‑Founder or C‑Suite executives.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership teams in a high‑pressure environment.
- Strategic thinker who can also manage complex travel itineraries.
- Ability to maintain momentum on initiatives across time zones.
