Executive Assistant to VP – 3‑Month Hybrid Contract

About the role
We are seeking an organised Executive Assistant to support a Vice President at a leading multinational gaming and entertainment company. The role is a three‑month fixed‑term position based in central London, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a complex international calendar, travel arrangements, expenses and executive administration.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials and presentations.
- Support the delivery of ESG, CSR, sustainability and compliance initiatives.
- Organise governance meetings, leadership forums and cross‑functional working groups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Required profile
- Proven EA experience supporting a senior executive in a large, multi‑tiered international organisation.
- Excellent organisational, planning and communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience with Legal, ESG, Sustainability or Compliance teams is a plus.
- Background in coordinating international projects or executive events is beneficial.
