Executive Assistant – UK Scripted Series

About the role

Amazon MGM Studios is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the UK Scripted Series team. The role provides high‑level administrative support to two senior executives, acting as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners and talent across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel and process expense reports for two executives.
• Welcome guests, set up meeting rooms and facilitate in‑person and virtual meetings.
• Maintain clear communication channels with internal departments, external partners and talent representatives.
• Conduct research, prepare briefing materials, take notes and follow up on action items.
• Track and update team resources such as talent lists and coverage charts.
• Handle general administrative duties including file management, document preparation and status updates.
• Support ad‑hoc administrative requests and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, forward‑thinking attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in an administrative or coordination role, including internships or similar positions.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and external partners professionally.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency with AirTable.
• Working knowledge of AI tools.
