Executive Chauffeur Driver – London

About the role

Citi is seeking a dedicated Executive Chauffeur Driver to provide safe, efficient and discreet transportation for Managing Directors, senior executives and clients in London. The role operates on a shift basis, covering 35 hours per week across five days, including occasional weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a professional and confidential chauffeur service to senior staff and clients.
• Maintain assigned vehicles to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.
• Monitor traffic and route conditions to ensure timely journeys.
• Record journey details, time and administrative information accurately in Citi systems.
• Collaborate with the Central Reservation Desk and wider team to optimise service delivery.
• Adhere to all driving, health and safety, and company policies.
• Represent Citi with a professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Significant chauffeur experience in a corporate or executive environment.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of London and surrounding areas.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.
• Professional, reliable and highly organised.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
