About the role
The Executive Coordinator will join a collaborative team that supports the organisation’s Board members and senior leaders. This fixed‑term position (approximately nine months) covers parental leave and requires a proactive, flexible professional who thrives in an office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate complex, frequently changing national and international travel, including itineraries, visas and bookings in line with IFRS Foundation policy.
- Organise meetings, manage calendars and prepare detailed itineraries for leaders and teams.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support such as preparing meeting materials, handling correspondence and arranging events or dinners.
- Manage logistics for meetings, conference calls and video conferences, and post meeting papers on the internal website.
- Enter, maintain and retrieve information from the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
- Offer backup support and cross‑cover for fellow coordinators during absences.
- Undertake ad‑hoc projects as required.
Required profile
- Minimum A‑levels or equivalent; a degree or professional administrative qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative, executive assistant or coordinator role, preferably within a professional or international organisation.
- Flexible attitude, ability to assume responsibility for a range of tasks and enjoy helping others.
