Executive Services Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Services Lead to manage high‑level administrative and hospitality support for VIP guests and senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced financial services environment in West London. You will be responsible for delivering seamless executive hospitality, visitor services and VIP protocol, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of exceptional VIP and executive guest experiences as the primary point of contact for high‑profile visitors.
• Plan and coordinate VIP visits, corporate events and hospitality services, overseeing all logistical details.
• Manage guest events, liaising with outsourced catering providers.
• Organise complex visitor logistics, including itineraries, travel, accommodation, meeting schedules and office allocations.
• Oversee chauffeur services and front‑of‑house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Build strong relationships with executive assistants, protocol teams and other stakeholders.
• Analyse guest feedback, maintain operational excellence and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing concierge service to VIP and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Demonstrated event management experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
