Experienced Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Stroud

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator to join a well‑known independent agency in Stroud. You will work with a supportive team, delivering high‑quality service to buyers and sellers while helping the business grow.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate property sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct property appraisals and create marketing material.
• Guide buyers and sellers through each stage of the sales process.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other parties.
• Generate mortgage referrals and promote additional agency services.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from instruction to completion.

Required profile

• Proven residential sales experience in an estate agency.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Stroud and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Professional, reliable, self‑motivated attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
