Facilitator – Community Employability Programme

About the role
Catch22 is seeking a proactive and compassionate Facilitator to deliver a future‑focused skills programme for adults aged 18+ who face barriers to employment. Working remotely and within local communities, you will help participants progress into apprenticeships, jobs, education and training.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions that are accessible to diverse audiences.
- Incorporate the latest labour market trends, recruitment practices and sector developments such as sustainability and digital innovation.
- Embed future‑ready employability skills – adaptability, problem‑solving, collaboration and digital literacy – into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with the Training & Curriculum Manager to monitor programme effectiveness and apply feedback.
- Support participants in building confidence, challenging mind‑sets and connecting with employment opportunities.
Required profile
- Passion for supporting people to achieve their goals.
- Proven experience delivering engaging training programmes for young people or vulnerable adults.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with participants and partners.
- Resilience, organisation and the ability to adapt to varying demands.
- Interest in sustainability, technology and continuous professional development.
