Facilities Management Supervisor – Central London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of FM services across our multi‑site estate. Based at our Central London head office, you will coordinate reactive, planned and project works while ensuring high standards, operational efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive, planned and project works across a multi‑site estate, prioritising and tracking jobs to agreed timescales.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership to the Facilities team, including workload allocation, coaching and performance management.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs, service expectations and SLAs.
• Act as the main escalation point for operational, emergency and urgent facilities issues.
• Oversee supplier and contractor performance, ensuring safe, on‑time delivery to required standards.
• Manage purchase orders, invoice processing and departmental cost visibility.
• Ensure all FM activities comply with Health & Safety legislation and internal policies.
• Prepare performance reports and operational insights for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management within a multi‑site environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CAFM helpdesk system.
