About the role
We are seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to ensure Brighton’s buildings, people and processes run smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining a functional, safe and efficient workspace.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee routine and reactive maintenance of facilities.
- Manage external contractors and service providers.
- Implement and monitor health and safety standards.
- Ensure the workplace remains functional, safe and efficient.
Required profile
- Calm under pressure and strong problem‑solver.
- Organised, hands‑on and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate teams.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate between £13.23 and £15.43.
- Full‑time temporary contract.
