Regional Property Manager – South East & London

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Regional Property Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, operational and residential properties across London and the South East. The role is home‑based, offering autonomy to manage estates, maintenance, contractor relationships and development projects across one of the UK’s largest estates.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a regional portfolio of leasehold and freehold properties
• Conducting property inspections and condition assessments
• Overseeing reactive and planned maintenance works
• Leading refurbishment and minor redevelopment projects
• Procuring and managing contractors and consultants
• Supporting property acquisitions, disposals and lease transactions
• Liaising with landlords, agents, solicitors and local authorities
• Ensuring compliance across the property portfolio
• Managing budgets, records and property reporting

Required profile

• Currently employed as a Property Manager, Estates Manager, Estates Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Retail Property Manager, Commercial Property Manager or Facilities Manager
• Experience managing a multi‑site property portfolio
• Knowledge of leasehold and freehold property management
• Experience with acquisitions, disposals and lease agreements
• Contractor and project management experience
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Chartered status is a plus but not required
