Family Lawyer (NQ-3) – Regional Law Firm

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established family law team at an award‑winning regional firm. You will work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, supporting high‑value, complex matters and gradually building your own caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Assist on sophisticated financial remedy cases involving trusts, business interests, pensions, inherited wealth and international assets.
• Handle private children matters, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, Schedule 1 and TLATA claims, surrogacy and mediation.
• Provide advice on cross‑border family issues for high‑net‑worth and international clients.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with family law experience.
• Experience in financial remedy work and private children matters is advantageous, especially where complex or international issues arise.
• Strong communication, proactive client care and collaborative approach.
• PQE ranging from NQ‑3 (applications outside this range are welcomed).
