Field Sales Consultant – Medical & Hazardous Waste

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a Field Sales Consultant to join the Woodford branch, covering North and East London. You will manage your own schedule, visit customers in person and provide solutions for medical and hazardous waste services.

Key responsibilities

• Visit new and existing customers across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships while promoting waste management services.
• Identify sales opportunities from enquiries, internal leads and referrals.
• Provide accurate quotations and follow‑up to close deals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service delivery.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for at least two years (max six penalty points).
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable with daily travel.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Retail or sales background preferred; face‑to‑face customer interaction required.
• Ability to pass a DBS check where necessary.

• Basic salary £26,435 per annum plus £1,000 London weighting.
• On‑target earnings around £32,500 with bonus and commission.
