Field Sales Executive – Fundraising for Breast Cancer

About the role

Join Charity Link’s fundraising team to support Breast Cancer Now, the UK’s leading breast cancer charity. As a Field Sales Executive you will use your caring background to engage the public in shopping centres, events and garden centres, encouraging regular donations that fund life‑saving research and support services.

Key responsibilities

• Approach visitors at high‑traffic locations and clearly explain the mission of Breast Cancer Now.
• Motivate people to become regular donors and achieve personal fundraising targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and donations using the charity’s CRM system.
• Represent the charity at community events, ensuring a professional and compassionate presence.
• Collaborate with the wider fundraising team to share best practices and improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in healthcare, care work, social work, therapy or related people‑facing roles.
• Confident, compassionate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time, including some weekends.
• Motivation to make a difference through fundraising rather than direct clinical work.
