Field Sales Executive – Holiday Homes (North West)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to take full ownership of the North‑West territory for a premium UK holiday‑home manufacturer. You will work autonomously, travelling across the region to meet park owners, dealers and decision‑makers, building long‑term relationships and driving new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined sales territory covering holiday parks, leisure parks and caravan parks.
• Develop relationships with park owners, dealers and key decision‑makers.
• Identify new prospects, convert them into long‑term accounts and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits, including overnight stays when required.
• Provide product information, promotions and account support to customers.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and relay feedback to the manufacturer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field or territory sales, preferably selling high‑value products to business customers.
• Strong organisational, planning and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercially aware, confident when dealing with senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the North‑West with occasional overnight stays.
• Full clean UK driving licence.

What we offer

• Base salary £30,000‑£35,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) in year 1 of £50,000‑£70,000 including uncapped commission.
• Annual bonus up to £12,000.
