Field Sales Executive – Hospitality Supplies

About the role

This is a field‑based sales position covering a UK territory, based out of Kettering. You will own a full sales territory, manage existing accounts and generate new business for a fast‑growing hospitality supply company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts, re‑engage lapsed customers.
• Win new business across the assigned territory through face‑to‑face meetings and site visits.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Work with internal sales teams to convert opportunities and run campaigns.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of new business.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with the ability to plan and organise your own weekly schedule.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and field visits.
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with hospitality operators.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Ability to use mapping tools such as Google Maps for route planning.
