Field Sales Representative

About the role

Flatpay, a fast‑growing fintech company, is expanding its UK sales team. As a Field Sales Representative you will work across the South West, meeting local businesses to showcase Flatpay's payment solutions and grow the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑booked appointments with local merchants to demonstrate payment solutions and convert leads into customers.
• Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and prospecting within your territory.
• Understand each merchant’s needs and recommend the most suitable payment solution.
• Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep them up to date.
• Build long‑term relationships by providing excellent customer service and sharing market insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience closing sales in a customer‑facing role (B2B or B2C).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for daily travel.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently in a territory.
• Fluent English and right to work in the UK.

What we offer

• Commission‑only role with a guaranteed minimum payment of £2,120 per month.
• On‑target earnings of £60,000–£70,000 per year, uncapped commission.
