Field Sales Representative – Red Bull QSR (South Wales & Greater Bristol)

About the role

Join Acosta Europe as a Field Sales Representative for Red Bull in the Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) channel, covering South Wales and Greater Bristol. You will own a defined territory, build relationships with store decision‑makers and drive the brand’s visibility and sales on the front line.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
• Influence range, availability and promotional execution, securing secondary displays and extra shelf space.
• Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Use data and insights to prioritise high‑value stores and plan visits.
• Identify gaps, resolve issues and maximise each store visit.
• Accurately report activity and provide market insight.
• Compete for top performance and support peak periods, launches and initiatives across territories.

Required profile

• Natural influencer with strong commercial instincts.
• Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
• Confident communicating with staff and managers at all levels.
• Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Holds a full UK manual driving licence.
• Tech‑savvy and able to report activity using digital tools.
• Retail, FMCG or field‑sales experience is a plus but not essential; attitude and drive are paramount.

Required skills

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting applications.
