Field Service Technician III – Well Construction

About the role

Expro is seeking a Field Service Technician III to support Well Construction and TRS operations. The role provides exposure to both offshore and onshore environments, allowing you to gain hands‑on experience with a wide range of well‑construction handling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate manual, diesel, hydraulic, and electrically powered casing and tubing handling equipment.
• Assist with onshore, workshop, and offshore operations under the supervision of Field Supervisors.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new Well Construction/TRS equipment and operational requirements.
• Participate in learning and development programmes, including travel when required.
• Complete all operational documentation accurately and submit it to the Operations Office.
• Attend pre‑ and post‑job meetings, safety meetings, toolbox talks, and adhere to shift configurations.
• Ensure personal and team health and safety, never undertaking tasks without appropriate supervision.

Required profile

• Previous oil & gas field experience or a mechanical/electrical background.
• Strong commitment to safety, operational discipline, and teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to meet client and operational expectations.

Required skills

• Operation of manual, diesel, hydraulic, and electrically powered casing and tubing handling equipment.
• Experience with well‑construction equipment.
