Finance Assistant – Support Finance Team in Watford

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast‑growing sustainability and technology company that is expanding across the UK. The Finance Assistant will join a dynamic finance team in Watford, helping to keep day‑to‑day financial operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims accurately.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Help with month‑end processes and general finance administration.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Contribute to improving financial processes and systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage workload in a fast‑paced environment.
