About the role

The Finance Business Partner will support the Expansion Capital Business Partnering function on a 6‑month contract, working hybrid (three days in the Hounslow office). The role provides financial insight, analysis and challenge to help shape strategic decisions for the Expansion Programme.

Key responsibilities

Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate strategic options and quantify trade‑offs.
Review and challenge the cost base, identify opportunities and benchmark performance against peers.
Support investment analysis, benefits tracking and influence commercial decisions.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure financial decisions are made with finance oversight.
Develop and present value‑adding business cases while minimising risk.

Required profile

Significant experience in finance business partnering within comparable sized organisations.
Proven ability to influence non‑finance colleagues and add financial value.
Fully qualified accountant or part‑qualified with extensive QBE experience.

Required skills

Strong financial modelling skills.
