About the role
We are seeking an ACA‑qualified Finance & Controls Transformation Manager to join a global insurance client based in London. The role will focus on driving finance transformation initiatives, strengthening internal controls and providing IFRS technical support across life, pension, P&C and London market lines.
Key responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation programmes and redesign finance processes.
- Develop, monitor and improve internal control frameworks.
- Provide audit advisory services and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Deliver IFRS technical support and guidance to finance teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align finance solutions with strategic objectives.
Required profile
- ACA qualification or equivalent professional accounting designation.
- Proven experience in insurance finance, covering life & pension, P&C or London market sectors.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and audit requirements.
