Finance Manager – Property Investment

About the role
This newly created Finance Manager position sits within a high‑end property investment and development business in London. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will join a small team, manage two staff members and work closely with the COO, gaining broad exposure to the company’s growing asset portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and report on a portfolio of commercial and residential assets.
- Own the statutory reporting process, including liaison with external auditors.
- Create and deliver annual budgets and regular forecasts.
- Partner with the commercial team on cash‑flow management and project delivery.
Required profile
- Qualified finance professional with experience or exposure to the construction/property development sector.
- Motivated to take long‑term ownership of a finance function and grow the team.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model.
