Finance Officer – Multi‑Country Accounting

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Finance Officer to provide accounting support for Emirates Holidays across the UK & Ireland, Germany and Scandinavia. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, contributing to accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable functions, reconcile supplier statements, and manage payment processing.
• Handle revenue recognition, monitor receivables, and support credit control activities.
• Prepare management accounts, financial reporting packs and support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow planning.
• Assist with statutory, regulatory and tax compliance, and act as backup during leave periods.

Required profile

• Graduate or professional accounting qualification (Chartered Accountant, ACCA or equivalent preferred).
• 5+ years of finance experience with proven coaching and staff development abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office packages.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems.
• Knowledge of taxation, statutory and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with tour‑operator accounting procedures and CAA/ABTA/ATOL regulations (advantageous).
