Finance Paralegal – Property Finance (Guildford)

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a motivated Finance Paralegal to join its specialist property finance team in Guildford. This full‑time, office‑based position offers a supportive environment where you can develop expertise in property finance and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Support solicitors and fee earners on a variety of property finance matters.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and transaction paperwork.
• Manage and update case files and related documentation.
• Liaise with clients, lenders and third‑party stakeholders.
• Assist with transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Support compliance, due‑diligence and file‑management activities.

Required profile

• Lives within reasonable commuting distance of Guildford and can work full‑time on‑site.
• Unrestricted right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Available to start within the next 4–5 weeks.
• Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Administrator or similar legal support role.
• Experience gained within property, finance, corporate, commercial or a related practice area.

• Effective case‑file management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication for liaising with clients, lenders and third parties.
