Financial Adviser Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Adviser Administrator to join a well‑established financial planning firm in Oldham. Working closely with Financial Planners, you will provide technical and administrative support throughout the advice process, ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality administrative and technical support to Financial Planners.
• Prepare client documentation, suitability letters and reports for each stage of the advice process.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance using Salesforce CRM.
• Process new business applications, update cash‑flow models and investment performance reports.
• Liaise with product providers, administration centres and third parties to progress applications and resolve queries.
• Produce client correspondence, illustrations and key data reports.
• Handle incoming telephone calls professionally, delivering excellent service to clients and providers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role.
• Strong understanding of financial services processes and client servicing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
