Financial Adviser – Wealth Management (Leeds/Skipton)

About the role

Join one of Yorkshire's most established adviser‑led wealth management practices, managing a warm book of high‑net‑worth clients from day one. You will benefit from full back‑office, paraplanning and business development support, allowing you to focus on delivering holistic financial advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of mass‑affluent and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Provide comprehensive advice across investments, retirement, protection, intergenerational wealth and corporate planning.
• Maintain a busy diary of face‑to‑face client meetings in the Leeds and Skipton offices.
• Collaborate with dedicated paraplanners and administration staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Contribute to business development activities under the guidance of a Business Development Manager.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy diary.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for senior corporate clients.
• Willingness to learn from senior principals and take on mentorship.

Required skills

• Knowledge of holistic financial planning principles.
• Understanding of investment, retirement, protection and wealth transfer concepts.

What we offer

• Salary between £50,000 and £60,000 plus bonus.
