Financial Crime Programme Manager – Change

About the role

The Financial Crime Programme Manager will lead change and transformation initiatives within the Compliance and Financial Crime function, delivering high‑quality outcomes for group‑wide programmes. You will work closely with compliance SMEs, senior leadership and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage change projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource forecasts and timelines.
• Communicate progress to senior stakeholders, including the Head of Compliance and MLROs.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure financial control.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate change‑management activities such as training and communications.
• Provide board‑level and C‑suite reporting on programme status.
• Coordinate regulatory responses and draft materials for submissions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering multiple transformation programmes for Compliance, Financial Crime, operations or risk management teams.
• Strong background in board‑level and C‑suite reporting.
• Experience coordinating regulatory responses and preparing regulatory submissions.
• Ability to work in a high‑priority, fast‑paced environment with a can‑do attitude.
