Join a leading independent lifestyle financial planning firm in Poole, Dorset, where you will manage high‑net‑worth client relationships and sit on the Investment Committee. This senior‑level position offers a clear progression path to Director of Financial Planning, allowing you to shape the firm’s growth while delivering long‑term financial strategies for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deepen existing high‑net‑worth client relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial planning advice aligned with clients’ long‑term goals.
• Participate in the Investment Committee, influencing investment strategy and product selection.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop firm‑wide growth initiatives.
• Maintain a high‑touch, low‑volume client portfolio (capped at ~80 clients per planner).

Required profile

• Qualified Financial Planner or Associate Planner with solid client‑facing experience.
• Proven ability to manage and grow high‑net‑worth client relationships.
• Commitment to delivering advice that prioritises client goals over product sales.
