Financial Services Admin and Customer Services

About the role

This position supports a growing financial services provider by delivering high‑quality administrative and customer‑facing services. You will act as the first point of contact for advisers and clients, ensuring smooth account set‑up and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including opening and closing client accounts.
• Respond to client and adviser queries promptly and professionally.
• Set up accounts on internal platforms and manage access requests.
• Maintain compliance and quality standards while processing data.
• Provide first‑line communication for a range of customer and adviser interactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration or client services, preferably within financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ISAs, SIPPs or platform processes is advantageous but not essential.
