Fire Safety Remediation Coordinator

About the role

You will play a pivotal role in making homes safer by leading fire safety remediation across a large residential portfolio. Working primarily from home with occasional office visits, you will translate technical findings into clear action plans, coordinate investigations and oversee the delivery of remedial works.

Key responsibilities

• Review fire risk assessments, FRA actions and survey reports to define remediation scopes.
• Develop programmes, budgets and procurement packs; appoint and onboard delivery partners.
• Coordinate site investigations, enabling works and remediation activities to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communications, including resident updates, FAQs and meeting forums.
• Maintain comprehensive project records, trackers and evidence for sign‑off and assurance.
• Prepare concise progress reports for clients, internal leaders and external authorities.
