Fleet Operations Site Supervisor (Night Shifts)

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead on‑site activities for fleet marketing and vehicle‑wrapping projects across the UK, primarily during night shifts. You will ensure safe, efficient operations, coordinate drivers and key control, and act as the main liaison between field teams, clients and transport partners.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site activity to guarantee smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Verify that all operational elements are in place before nightly work begins.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real‑time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end‑of‑shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Solid safety and compliance awareness.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays.
• Experience in events, logistics, transport, fleet or field operations.
