Fleet Risk Consultant (Personal Risk Coach)

About the role

Join a leading specialist in reducing motor fleet insurance risk as a Personal Risk Coach. Based in the Greengates Operational Hub, you will work closely with suppliers and drivers to promote safer driving practices and help lower fleet claims.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with motor claims handling, including first notification of loss, arranging repairs, recovery, alternative transport and liaising with insurers.
• Manage the supply of new company cars to drivers, overseeing delivery and collection.
• Coordinate online driver assessments and driver licence checks.
• Organise driver training programmes, both in‑vehicle and e‑learning.
• Create and maintain reports on risk management activities.

Required profile

• Education to A‑level standard.
• Recent experience in the fleet or insurance sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of claims management is a plus.
