Flexible Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant – Weekly Supply

About the role

We are partnering with a high‑quality nursery in Fulham to provide flexible, weekly supply cover for Level 3 Early Years practitioners. This role allows you to choose the weeks and days you work, giving you control over your schedule while staying within a single, supportive setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day EYFS practice across nursery rooms, adapting to different age groups as needed.
• Deliver high‑quality, play‑based learning and assist with daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and contribute to inclusive practice.
• Participate in observations, learning support, and SEND/EAL assistance when required.

Required profile

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Previous experience in a nursery or EYFS setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and confident practitioner.
• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, SEND and EAL support.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EYFS framework.
• Ability to adapt quickly to room routines.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
