Food & Beverage Service Manager

About the role

Accor is looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Service Manager to lead the Breakfast, Restaurant and Bar operations at its Southbank location. Reporting to the Multi‑Site Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the key shift leader responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Breakfast, Restaurant and Bar areas.
• Support, coach and develop team members on the floor.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve issues confidently.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Manage stock control, cost management and produce daily reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in food & beverage.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer and cocktails.
• Ability to manage busy service periods with confidence.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on team culture and guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
