Forklift Driver – Flexible Shifts in Coleford

About the role

We are looking for reliable forklift drivers to join a leading beverage and food company in Coleford. This is a temporary, ongoing position offering flexible day and night shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load and unload products and boxes.
• Supply parts to production areas and follow standard operating procedures.
• Handle products efficiently, perform manual lifting when required, and adhere to PPE and health & safety requirements.
• Complete process control sheets and respond to reasonable requests from the line manager.

Required profile

• Willingness to work any shift pattern, including days, evenings, and nights.
• Counterbalance forklift licence preferred (training provided if not held).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and strong teamwork skills.

• Pay rate £12.71 per hour (rising to £14.13 after 12 weeks).
