FP&A Analyst – Finance & Commercial Partner

About the role

The FP&A Analyst will join a fast‑growing FMCG business and support the finance function by delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and robust budgeting and forecasting. You will partner with commercial teams to influence decision‑making and drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial and commercial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Partner with department heads to produce annual budgets, periodic forecasts and rolling forecasts.
• Analyse financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Produce monthly cash‑flow forecasts and monitor cash performance against plan.
• Identify and implement process improvements, support finance system projects and build reporting dashboards.
• Build strong relationships across the business to provide financial guidance and support commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Solid experience in FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance.
• Proven ability to produce accurate financial reports and insightful analysis.
