About the role
This is a hands‑on fractional leadership position for a premium wellness brand that is expanding rapidly across London. The role starts in July and will own the entire marketing function, driving new customer acquisition, converting first‑time visitors into repeat guests, and ensuring each new location launches with strong commercial momentum.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi‑channel acquisition strategies (paid, organic, social, PR) to increase footfall.
- Design segmentation, email and automation programmes that turn first visits into long‑term bookings.
- Plan and run launch campaigns for four new sites, coordinating with the leadership team.
- Own commercial performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and present actionable insights to founders.
- Manage a bench of freelance specialists, overseeing creative output and performance channel execution.
Required profile
- Minimum five years in a senior marketing leadership role within wellness, beauty, fitness or a comparable premium consumer sector.
- Proven experience scaling an experience‑led, physical business across multiple locations.
- Comfortable working independently, balancing strategic planning with direct execution.
- Experience navigating or supporting a funding round is highly valued.

- Ability to read and interpret marketing dashboards and performance data.
- Hands‑on management of performance marketing channels.
- Experience overseeing freelance or agency teams.
