About the role

As a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant at CHANEL, you will be the brand ambassador at the Manchester Airport boutique, delivering personalised fragrance, makeup and skincare experiences that reflect each client’s unique style.

Key responsibilities

• Build long‑lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable in‑store and digital interactions.
• Share passion and knowledge of fragrance, makeup and skincare through storytelling.
• Provide expert, personalised consultations that educate and inspire clients.
• Utilise clienteling and data‑capture tools to recruit new clients and expand your portfolio.
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators.
