French-Speaking Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Business Development Representative to join our fast‑growing SaaS company. Working in a hybrid setting, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, handling both inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads, reducing initial response time.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
• Qualify leads using discovery calls and frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
• Drive prospects through the sales funnel and create urgency.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to set up meetings and ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Represent the company at events to capture new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Based in London and comfortable with a hybrid work model.
• Fluent in French and English.
• 1‑2 years of BDR experience in B2B SaaS is a plus, but strong motivation and sales potential are essential.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms).
• Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and lead qualification frameworks.
