French speaking Client Relationship Executive

About the role

This position is based in Poole and focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with French‑speaking customers of an international technical products manufacturer. You will act as the primary point of contact, using phone and email to support business growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of French customers.
• Respond to enquiries and sales opportunities via email and telephone.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Promote the company’s products and solutions using a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service and technical support.
• Achieve sales, profitability and service targets while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Build long‑term relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably B2B or call‑centre environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a customer‑first mindset.
• Good organisational, analytical and IT capabilities.
• Based within commuting distance of Poole.
