About the role

We are seeking a fluent French speaker to join a world‑renowned luxury hospitality brand as a Contact Centre Advisor. Based in prime central London, you will be the first point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering seamless, high‑end hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries from VIP clients.
• Process bookings accurately while tailoring service to individual client needs.
• Provide expert guidance and product knowledge to ensure a flawless client journey.
• Liaise with internal departments to manage special requests and coordinate deliveries.
• Prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced contact‑centre environment.

Required profile

• Native‑level French proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Professional, warm, and charismatic service delivery.
