French speaking Customer Service Advisor

About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Cambridge office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality support across phone, email and live‑chat channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line assistance, resolving queries about the company’s products and services.
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email and live chat.
- Accurately log all interactions in the system.
- Analyse customer data and respond appropriately.
- Schedule engineering service calls as required.
- Deliver product training to customers.
- Monitor, report and follow up on any issues.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – essential.
- Experience in customer service or first‑line technical support – desirable.
- Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused attitude with good IT proficiency.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary between £28,000 and £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Full‑time, office‑based role (Monday‑Friday) in Cambridge.
