French Speaking Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join our medical‑device manufacturing team in Dartford. You will be the primary point of contact for our French‑language customers, delivering high‑quality support and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, chat and online platforms.
• Process orders, provide delivery updates and manage order changes.
• Resolve complaints and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, maintain pricing data and follow up on outstanding quotes.
• Maintain accurate customer records across internal systems.
• Assist customers with portal access and account‑related requests.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and confidence handling complex enquiries.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
