French Speaking Export Sales Executive

About the role

A growing UK-based manufacturing business supplying specialist products to B2B customers across Europe is looking for a French-speaking Export Sales Executive in Sheffield. The role is fully office-based and focuses on developing export sales with French-speaking clients and building long-term relationships. The advertised salary is around £35,000 depending on experience, plus bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of French-speaking clients across Europe
• Develop new business through proactive sales activity and customer outreach
• Prepare quotations, negotiate sales and convert opportunities into orders
• Coordinate export orders and work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales activity and support occasional overseas travel

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication in both
• Previous B2B sales and account management experience
• Valid driving licence
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and experience preparing and following up quotations
• Highly organised, able to handle multiple customers, orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
