French Speaking Order Management Coordinator

About the role

A global specialist company supplying technical products to customers across many industries and international markets is looking for a French-speaking Order Management Coordinator based in Huntingdon. The role covers the full order lifecycle, from entry to dispatch, with hybrid work available after training.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately from entry through to dispatch
• Check pricing, lead times, customer details and required documentation
• Monitor orders and proactively update customers on progress, delays or issues
• Resolve order discrepancies and work with internal teams to remove blockers
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in the company's CRM system
• Support the wider Customer Service team and help deliver a high-quality customer experience

Required profile

• Fluent French is an essential requirement
• Additional fluency in German is a strong advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisation and prioritising skills with attention to detail
• Dynamic, proactive and confident personality

Required skills

• Confident use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems

What we offer

• Salary of up to £34,000 per annum depending on experience
