French‑Speaking Business Development Representative

About the role

As a French‑speaking Business Development Representative based in London, you will own pipeline generation for France and Southern Europe. Working closely with Strategic Account Executives, you will introduce enterprise leaders to Airtable’s no‑code platform and its new Hyperagent AI product, helping them redesign operational workflows at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and personalized outreach across the French market.
• Partner with Strategic Account Executives in Paris to map target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and develop ROI‑driven hypotheses for AI‑powered workflows.
• Conduct deep discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and articulate how Airtable’s platform solves complex operational challenges for Fortune 100 companies.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline metrics, continuously optimizing outreach tactics.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with at least one year of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or high‑activity outbound roles.
• Proactive, metrics‑driven professional with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong interest in AI and a desire to become an AI‑fluent seller.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller capable of engaging senior stakeholders across large enterprises.
