French‑Speaking Immigration Coordinator (Permanent)

About the role

Fragomen is seeking a French‑speaking Immigration Coordinator to join its European Shared Services team in Sheffield. The role provides high‑quality administrative support to the Zurich office and to consultants across Europe, handling a variety of immigration processes and client documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft immigration applications and support letters in French.
• Maintain and update Fragomen’s client database and case folders.
• Upload case‑related documents and government decisions to the system.
• Compose email updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contact authorities for case status and advice.
• Perform case audits, rename and downsize documents, and support additional projects as needed.

Required profile

• High level of French proficiency (minimum B2, ideally C level).
• Strong administrative and data‑entry abilities.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment with limited supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication and time‑management skills.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
